A bit dry, but I have Bublick so we use it in class enough for the purchase to have been worth it. Overall a pretty good textbook. Fast shipping. OK Condition.
Too much highlighting- there was some highlighting in my cvil procedure rental but not near as much as in this Torts book. I feel like I am looking at a rainbow of highlighting.
Be careful when ordering. This is the concise version, your professor may require the full version. Otherwise a fine casebook.
The differences between editions are not worth the heftier price tag. Buy the book for one cent.
The book was a complete mess when I got it. The binding was completely worn and falling apart. It was difficult to use because of this.
Some decent wear and tare but that must mean it was used well!
Terrible textbook. Teaches legal theories not taught in 1L torts classes (such as misuse of government procedure), and avoids clarifying laws that are unclear (such as the gulf of differences in strict liability elements between 2nd and 3rd restatements). If a Torts professor is reading this and deciding on a casebook for their class: please refrain from Dobbs and go with Prosser, for the sake of your students.
